Olanzapine (LY170053, LY-170053)，又称奥氮平、奥兰氮平或奥兰扎平，是非典型的抗精神病药物，临床上用于控制精神分裂症和双相情感障碍。Olanzapine是一种可口服的5-HT2和D2多巴胺受体拮抗剂，和5-羟色胺能、多巴胺、α1-肾上腺素能和胆碱受体具有纳摩尔的高亲和力。
