Trifluoperazine (NSC-17474, RP-7623, SKF-5019, NSC17474, RP7623, SKF5019) dihydrochloride，又称盐酸三氟拉嗪、甲哌氟丙嗪或三氟吡拉嗪，是一种吩噻嗪类抗精神病药物，可用于治疗精神分裂、严重焦虑和行为失常等。Trifluoperazine是多巴胺D2受体，IC50为1.1 nM，还能抑制cAMP门控阳离子通道和钙调蛋白依赖性刺激。
