Rimonabant (SR141716, SR-141716)，又称利莫那班，是一种大麻素受体(CB1)拮抗剂，作用于CB1和CB2受体的K_i值分别为1.8 nM和514 nM。Rimonabant可用作减肥药，通过阻断脑组织中的大麻素受体来降低人的食欲和烟瘾，也可以改善肥胖伴随的高血糖、胰岛素抵抗以及脂代谢紊乱。
