Alprenolol hydrochloride ((RS)-Alprenolol hydrochloride, dl-Alprenolol hydrochloride)，又称盐酸阿普洛尔或阿普洛尔盐酸盐，为β-肾上腺素受体的非选择性拮抗剂，临床上可用于治疗高血压、心绞痛和心律失常。
