Pimozide D4 (SKI-606 D8)是Pimozide的氘代物，是通过GC或LC-MS定量Pimozide的标志物，是dopamine receptor的拮抗剂，作用于dopamine D1/2/3 receptor的K_i值分别为588 nM、1.4 nM、2.5 nM。
