Zibotentan (ZD4054) 是一种高效的、具有口服活性的、特异性的内皮素A (ETA)受体拮抗剂（Endothelin A拮抗剂；ETA拮抗剂），其IC₅₀为21 nM，Ki值为13 nM。Zibotentan抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，诱导细胞凋亡，具有抗肿瘤活性。
