Metoprolol tartrate (CGP 2175E, CGP2175E)，又称酒石酸美托洛尔，是一种具有口服活性的β1-肾上腺素受体选择性拮抗剂，IC₅₀为42 ng/mL，可用于治疗高血压和多种心脏病，如心绞痛、心律失常、甲状腺机能亢进等。过量可导致显著的低血压和心动过缓。
