Clemastine fumarate (HS-592 fumarate, Meclastine fumarate)，又称富马酸氯马斯汀，是二苯甲醚类组胺H1受体选择性拮抗剂，IC₅₀为3 nM，通过与组胺竞争结合H1受体阻止组胺作用于靶细胞，临床上常用于治疗过敏性皮肤病、过敏性鼻炎等过敏性疾病。
