Mirtazapine (Org3770, 6-Azamianserin)，又称米氮平或米尔塔扎平，是一种四环类抗抑郁药，是一种可口服的肾上腺素能和特异性血清受体拮抗剂，增加NE释放和5-HT_1A介导的血清素能信号传导。此外，米氮平也能抑制中枢的5-HT₂和5-HT₃受体。
