Bosentan hydrate (Ro 47-0203)，又称波生坦水合物，是血管收缩药，是一种磺酰胺衍生的、竞争性endothelin-1 (ET)拮抗剂，靶向ET-A/B，K_i分别为4.7 nM和95 nM，可用于治疗血管痉挛相关疾病。
