Risperidone (R-64766, R64766)，又称利哌酮、利培酮、瑞司哌酮、瑞斯哌东、利哌利酮、利司环酮或利司培酮，苯并异恶唑衍生物，抗精神病药物，是选择性单胺能拮抗剂，作用于5-HT2A和dopamine D2受体的Ki值分别为4.8、5.9 nM。利培酮可用于治疗精神分裂症。
