Atomoxetine hydrochloride (Atomoxetine HCl, Tomoxetine hydrochloride, Tomoxetine HCl, LY 139603, LY139603)，又称盐酸阿托西汀或盐酸托莫西汀，是去甲肾上腺素重吸收抑制剂，Ki为5 nM，通过抑制去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白，阻碍去甲肾上腺素再摄取进入突触前神经末端。临床上，Atomoxetine hydrochloride用于治疗注意缺陷障碍伴多动症。
