Latrepirdine dihydrochloride (Latrepirdine 2HCl, Dimebolin dihydrochloride)是一种促神经原性抗组胺化合物，是可口服的多靶点拮抗剂，包括histamine receptors、GluR和5-HT receptors，在阿尔茨海默病和亨廷顿舞蹈症的动物模型中被证明可以抑制脑细胞死亡。
