Venetoclax又称为ABT-199、GDC-0199，强效的、选择性的抑制Bcl-2（Ki<0.01 nM），比作用于Bcl-xL和Bcl-w选择性高4800倍以上。Venetoclax抑制Bcl-2依赖的细胞生长，并抑制体内移植瘤生长。Venetoclax表现出抗白血病活性。

目前，Venetoclax已用于临床Phase 3研究阶段。

冰袋运输。粉末直接保存于-20 ºC，有效期2年。溶于DMSO。建议分装后-20ºC避光保存，避免反复冻存，至少可存放6个月。
