Ferrostatin-1 是一种选择性的ferroptosis抑制剂。Ferroptosis是一种铁依赖性的受调控的、非凋亡性细胞死亡，Ferrostatin-1是它的高效抑制剂，可以抑制氧化的、铁-依赖性的癌细胞死亡。Ferrostatin-1是一种铁死亡抑制剂。
