FAQ

Q:11208 跟 11205 有什么区别?

A:酶不一样,11208 是可以做多重PCR,11205 只能做单重PCR,做qPCR 是没有问题的。

Q:11208 的qPCR 反应体系可以用 5 μL/10 μL 吗?

A:可以,但一般推荐 20ul。大体系减少误差。5μl 体系太小,加样误差会很大,不推荐。

Q:11208 可扩增多长的产物啊?

A:建议在 300bp 以下,过长的产物会导致酶效降低。若一定要用,建议用三步法。
