Bendamustine hydrochloride，又称盐酸苯达莫司汀，是一种嘌呤类似物和DNA烷化剂，通过激活碱基切除DNA修复途径而不是烷基转移酶DNA修复机制来表现细胞毒性，临床上可以用于治疗慢性淋巴细胞性白血病。
