Cyclophosphamide，又称环磷酰胺，一种抗肿瘤药，是氮芥类烷化剂，使烷基连接到DNA的鸟嘌呤碱基，导致链断裂并诱导突变，广泛用于癌症化疗。环磷酰胺被细胞色素P-450酶激活，产生活性烷基化类，以产生细胞毒性。
