Quercetin dihydrate，又称槲皮素二水化物，是存在于多种蔬菜和水果中的天然黄酮类化合物，是临床上常用的一种祛痰药。槲皮素具有多种生物活性，如抗氧化、抗癌等。槲皮素也是PI3K的抑制剂，作用于PI3Kβ/γ/δ的IC₅₀为5.4 μM/2.4 μM/3 μM，也可激活SIRT1。
