3-Methyladenine (3-MA)，又称3-甲基腺嘌呤，是PI3K选择性抑制剂，阻断自噬体的形成，常用作自噬抑制剂，具有抗癌活性。3-MA作用于Vps34和PI3Kγ，IC₅₀值为25 μM和60 μM。3-MA持续阻断I类PI3K，但仅仅短暂抑制III类PI3K。
