SNS-032 (SNS032, BMS-387032, BMS387032)是可逆的CDK2/7/9选择性抑制剂，IC₅₀为38 nM、62 nM和4 nM，具有抗癌活性。与Flavopiridol和Roscovitine相比，SNS-032抑制RNA合成和诱导细胞凋亡时更有效。SNS-032正在进行多种癌症的临床试验，包括慢性淋巴细胞白血病和多发性骨髓瘤。
