Tecovirimat (Arestvyr, SIGA-246, ST-246, TPOXX)是一种可口服的抗病毒药，强效选择性对抗多种正痘病毒，EC50值约为10 nM。Tecovirimat通过靶向病毒p37 protein orthologs来抑制正痘病毒的释放，被开发用于治疗天花感染。
