Cidofovir (GS 0504, GS0504, HPMPC, (S)-HPMPC)，又称西多福韦、培哚普利叔丁胺盐或昔多呋韦，是一种无环单磷酸核苷酸类似物，一种可注射的抗病毒药。Cidofovir可通过抑制病毒DNA的合成来抑制巨细胞病毒(CMV)复制，是抗CMV新药。Cidofovir对其它病毒感染，如正痘病毒、天花病毒、单纯疱疹病毒等。
