Entinostat，又称为MS 275、SNDX 275，是一种苯甲酰胺衍生物，强烈抑制HDAC1（IC₅₀=0.51 μM）和HDAC3（IC₅₀=1.7μM），对其他HDACs抑制作用较弱，对HDAC 4、6、8和10的IC₅₀分别为>100 µM、>100 µM、82.5 µM和94.7 µM。Entinostat有效作用于人白血病细胞和淋巴癌细胞，Entinostat降低细胞中Bcl-XL水平，诱导p21蛋白表达，导致细胞周期阻断（G1期），并诱导细胞凋亡。另外，Entinostat强效抑制裸鼠移植瘤生长。与其他药物联合使用，Entinostat可以增强抗癌药物活性，如rituximab、gemcitabine、doxorubicin、sorafenib和bortezomib。

目前，Entinostat已用于多种肿瘤的临床Phase 3期研究。
