Pentostatin，又称喷司他丁，是腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)抑制剂，是核苷类似物，具有免疫抑制活性，可用于治疗对α-干扰素治疗无效的毛细胞白血病。腺苷脱氨酶是嘌呤回收所必需的关键酶。
