CEP-18770 (CEP18770, Delanzomib)，又称德兰佐米，是可口服的苏氨酸硼酸类蛋白酶体抑制剂，通过阻碍NF-κB活性抑制胰凝乳蛋白酶样活性，IC₅₀为3.8 nM，具有抗癌活性。
