RSL3是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4抑制剂，细胞铁死亡诱导物。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4是氧化应激诱导的细胞死亡的重要调节剂，RSL3可通过抑制谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 4 (GPX4)诱导细胞铁死亡，常用于小鼠心肌细胞死亡和心功能衰竭的研究。
