Tenovin-1是苯甲酰硫脲化合物，sirtuin 1/2的可逆抑制剂，IC50值分别为21 μM和10 μM，也抑制MDM2介导的p53的降解，不影响p53蛋白合成，具有潜在的抗癌活性。
