NSC-207895 (NSC207895, XI-006, XI006)，又称可可碱，是一种DNA破坏剂，通过降低MDMX启动子的活性抑制MDMX，IC₅₀为2.5 μM，稳定并激活p53，具有潜在的抗癌活性。
