Nicotinamide riboside，又称烟酰胺核糖，是维生素B3的来源，是可口服活的NAD⁺的前体，是一种营养补充剂，可作为作为NAD或NAD⁺的前体，参与细胞内NAD的合成，增加NAD⁺水平并激活SIRT1和SIRT3，还可以刺激线粒体功能和诱导新线粒体产生，增强氧化代谢。
