Fucoidan，又称岩藻多糖或褐藻糖胶，是从海洋褐藻中分离的阴离子硫酸化多糖，一种水溶性多糖，具有居中生物学功能，如：抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗凝血和抗炎。岩藻多糖被誉为一种天然防癌剂，通过诱导癌细胞凋亡、增强机体免疫力和抑制癌症血管增生来抑制癌症细胞。
