The purity of Anti-CD79b & Fc-gamma-R2B/CD32b Reference Antibody (Mgd010) is 99.28%, determined by SEC-HPLC.

Mgd010 bound to CD79b protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies (Anti-human-IgG-Fc-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig, Mgd010 bound to huCD79b-His, and the EC50 was 0.121 nM.

Mgd010 bound to CD32b protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies (Anti-human-IgG-Fc-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig, Mgd010 bound to huCD32b-His, and the EC50 was 0.566 nM.

Mgd010 bound to huCD79B-2FLAG -huCD79A-His-Daudi-A18 cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies (Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Mgd010 bound to huCD79B-2FLAG -huCD79A-His-Daudi-A18 cells, and the EC50 was 31.34 nM.

Mgd010 bound to huCD32b-HEK293 cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies (Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Mgd010 bound to huCD32b-HEK293 cells, and the EC50 was 6.547 nM.
