Glofitamab bound to Raji cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Glofitamab bound to Raji cells, and the EC50 was 1.199 nM.
