To measure the binding ability of Rilvegostomig in Human TIGIT-his. Rilvegostomig bound to TIGIT protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies(Anti-Human-IgG-Fc-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig 3, Rilvegostomig bound to Human TIGIT-his, and the EC50 was 0.040 nM.

To measure the binding ability of Rilvegostomig in Hu-PD1-his. Rilvegostomig bound to PD-1 protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies(Anti-Human-IgG-Fc-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig 4, Rilvegostomig bound to HuPD-1-his, and the EC50 was 0.011 nM.
