Busulfan，又称白消安，是烷化剂抗肿瘤药，是细胞周期非特异性药物，通过与DNA双螺旋链的鸟嘌呤碱基交联引起DNA损伤。临床上，Busulfan目前是治疗慢性粒细胞白血病的主要药物。
