Acefylline (Theophyllineacetic acid, Theophylline-7-acetic acid, Carboxymethyltheophylline)，又称茶碱乙酸或茶碱-7-乙酸，一种黄嘌呤衍生物，是腺苷受体拮抗剂，可以抑制肺磷酸二酯酶(PDE)并阻断腺苷受体以诱导支气管扩张。
