Ketotifen Fumarate (HC 20511 fumarate, HC 20-511 fumarate)，又称富马酸酮替芬，是一种可口服的、非竞争性组胺1 (H1)受体阻滞剂，也是肥大细胞稳定剂，能抑制过敏反应介质释放，具有抗过敏、抗炎活性，用于预防哮喘发作。
