Cetirizine dihydrochloride (Cetirizine DiHCl, Zyrtec, Reactine, UCB P071)，又称盐酸西替利嗪、西替利嗪盐酸盐或盐酸西替立嗪，是第二代抗组胺药，是一种可口服的H₁受体拮抗剂，用于治疗过敏、花粉热、血管性水肿和荨麻疹。
