Loratadine (Loratidine, SCH 29851, SCH29851, Alavert, Claritin)，又称氯雷他定、氯羟他定、诺那他定或氯雷他啶，是一种选择性的histamine H1 receptor拮抗剂，IC₅₀>32 μM，没有镇静作用，是一种常用的抗过敏药物，抑制组胺所引起的过敏症状。临床上，Loratadine常用于缓解过敏性鼻炎、慢性荨麻疹及其他过敏性皮肤病。
