Nitrendipine (BAY-E-5009, BAY-E5009, Bayotensin)，又称尼群地平，是一种二氢吡啶类钙离子通道抑制剂，IC₅₀为95 nM，是新型降压药，口服吸收良好，具有持久的降压和血管扩张作用。

在高血压大鼠模型中，口服Nitrendipine (1 g/kg)改善糖耐量和脱氧葡萄糖摄取。^[2]
