DCP-LA (FR236924; FR-236924; DCPLA)是一种亚油酸衍生物，一种选择性PKC-ε激活剂。在PC-12细胞中，DCP-LA (10 nM-100 μM)以浓度依赖性方式激活PKC通路，在100 nM时达到最大效果。在无细胞体系中，DCP-LA (100 μM)显著活化PKC-ε，并表现出比其他PKC同工酶(>α, βI, βII, γ, δ, μ, η, ζ)的7倍效力，表明DCP-LA是一种选择性PKCε活化剂。
