Suberoyl Bis-Hydroxamic Acid (Suberohydroxamic acid, SBHA)，又称软木肟酸或次异羟肟酸，是竞争性HDAC抑制剂，能够抑制组蛋白去乙酰化酶中HDAC1和HDAC3的活性，IC₅₀为0.25 μM和0.3 μM。SBHA能诱导多种癌细胞系的凋亡，具有潜在抗癌活性。
