L002 (L-002, NSC764414, NSC-764414)是一种细胞可渗透的、可逆的乙酰转移酶p300 (KAT3B)有效抑制剂，IC₅₀为1.98 μM。L002作用于PCAF和GCN5，IC₅₀分别为35 μM和34 μM。L002通过靶向p300抑制组蛋白乙酰化并阻止STAT3活化。
