Sp-cAMPS，属于cAMP类似物，是PKA激活剂，可在体内和体外诱导GEFI（也称为Epac（由cAMP直接激活的交换蛋白））和GEFII对Rap1的鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子活性。胰高血糖素刺激的Ca²⁺水平升高可被Sp-cAMPS模拟，并可被Rp-camp预处理抑制。这些结果表明胰高血糖素可以通过cAMP和cAMP依赖蛋白激酶提高细胞内Ca²⁺水平。
