Tyrphostin AG 879 (AG 879, AG879)是酪氨酸激酶抑制剂，具有潜在抗癌活性，能够抑制TrKA磷酸化（IC₅₀为10 μM），但对TrKB和TrKC无影响。此外，Tyrphostin AG 879也被广泛用作HER2/ErbB2的选择性抑制剂（IC₅₀为1 μM），比对EGFR和PDGFR的选择性高100-500倍。
