Hydroxyfasudil (HA-1100, HA1100) hydrochloride，又称羟基法舒地尔盐酸盐，是fasudil hydrochloride的活性代谢物，是ATP竞争性、可逆的ROCK特异性抑制剂，作用于ROCK1/2的IC₅₀值分别为0.73 μM和0.72 μM。Hydroxyfasudil也能抑制中性粒细胞迁移，在体内表现出血管扩展剂的作用。
