Kenpaullone（又名肯帕罗酮，NSC-664704，NSC664704，9-Bromopaullone，9-Bromo-7）是一种有效的、细胞渗透性、可逆的CDK1、CDK2、CDK5和GSK-3β抑制剂，对应的IC₅₀值分别为0.4 μM、680 nM、850 nM和23 nM。研究表明Kenpaullone可增强TGFβ-Smad3信号通路，促进foxp3基因的转录进而诱导iTreg细胞分化。
