Bufexamac (Bufexamic acid)，又称丁苯羟酸，是非甾体抗炎药，是HDAC6/10的抑制剂，也是一种COX抑制剂，具有抗炎、镇痛活性，临床上主要用于治疗类风湿关节炎、湿疹等。
