Triciribine (NSC 154020, NSC154020, VD-0002, VD0002, vqd-002, vqd002, API-2, API2, TCN)，又称曲西立滨，是一种DNA 合成小分子抑制剂，具有广泛的抗癌活性。Triciribine也是非ATP竞争结合的Akt变构强效抑制剂，抑制Akt的磷酸化水平和激酶活性，IC₅₀为130 nM。此外，Triciribine能抑制HIV-1，IC₅₀值为20 nM。
