酮替芬（Ketotifen，HC20-511）是口服活性的第二代非竞争性组胺1（H1）受体阻滞剂及肥大细胞稳定剂，可体外阻断6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶（6-PGD），对SARS-CoV-2（EC50=48.9μM）和流感病毒具有抗病毒活性，还能降低内脏高敏感性、改善肠易激综合征患者肠道症状，可用于自身免疫性脑脊髓炎（EAE）研究及哮喘发作预防相关研究。
